Brewed before it becomes instant
Tea and spices are simmered together first, so the concentrate starts with the depth of a real pot instead of trying to become chai in your mug.

North America's first dairy-free freeze-dried chai concentrate
Anna brews black tea and whole spices in Calgary, strains the liquid clean, then freeze-dries it into a dairy-free concentrate that dissolves into the milk you choose.
Why it is different
Most instant chai asks powder to become chai in your cup. Anna's Chai does the brewing first, strains out the leaves and spices, then removes water so the final cup stays closer to the real ritual.
The usual instant chai shortcut
Fast drying can make tea convenient, but delicate spice aroma often gets pushed into the background.
Sugar, dairy powder, syrups, and stabilizers can do more of the work than the tea itself.
Bold flavor can come with grit, leaf dust, and spice sediment left behind in the cup.
Tea and spices are simmered together first, so the concentrate starts with the depth of a real pot instead of trying to become chai in your mug.
Leaves and whole spices come out before freeze-drying. What is left is a smooth concentrate that dissolves without tea dust or spice sediment.
No dairy powder, no heavy syrup base, and no one-size-fits-all sweetness. The brew is concentrated so you can choose the milk, strength, and finish.
Add your own milk
Some cups need whole milk. Some need oat. Some need no sugar at all. Anna's Chai keeps dairy out so one brewed concentrate can fit more homes, diets, and morning rituals.
Anna brings the brewed tea and spice. You decide the creaminess, sweetness, and strength.
Use Anna's Classic with hot whole milk for a fuller cup, then add sugar only if you want it closer to Anna's evening chai.
Pair Extra Ginger with steamed oat milk and a little maple for a creamy cup with more lift and warmth.
Dissolve Unsweetened in a splash of hot water, then shake with cold almond milk, ice, and the sweetener you actually use.
How it works
Keep the part that matters: warm milk, fragrant spice, and a cup that feels made. Skip the simmering, straining, and cleanup when the morning does not have room for it.
Start with 1 teaspoon for a lighter cup or 2 teaspoons when you want more tea and spice.
Add hot milk, plant milk, or half milk and half water.
Stir well, taste, and adjust sweetness or strength without pulling out a pot or strainer.
Meet Anna
Anna is the kind of grandmother who starts with the kettle: black tea rolling with ginger, cardamom opening in the steam, and the first pour offered before anyone asks.
Her son invested in a large freeze dryer because he wanted that care to travel in a form that still felt honest: brewed first, strained clean, and easy to finish at home.
Brewed with family patience. Dried for everyday ease.
